There are a couple Tom Thomson sketches at the AGO where you can see the manufacturer’s stamp on the plywood. 1917, same year he kicked it.

More than anything, this was an experiment to see if Delta 3200 could do it. It kinda could.

*Let me head you freaks off at the pass. Yeah, we knowww, Delta 3200 has a true ISO rating of 1000…blah blah blah…I metered at 6400 and told the lab to push it one stop. It’s. That. Simple.
Serious note: shoot the stuff at 800 if ya can. Great for indoor portraits.

Finally some CatLABS 80 results that I like. This stuff is less contrasty than Acros; it seems to go from black to white more smoothly.
Developing with D-76 is definitely the way to go (over my usual dirty-Diafine). I followed their recipe, used D-76 stock solution for 9 1/2 minutes.
